Route selection: our booking page uses a list of predefined pickups and drop off locations; simply select the starting and ending point by clicking the arrow in the right of the box.
Where am I going in Paris? If the postcode of your destination starts with 75, simply select “Paris city centre” and fill the name of the hotel or the address in the box that will appear below. Otherwise, look for your destination in the list of available routes.
Don’t miss your flight number! If you are flying into Paris or leaving the city by plane, the flight number is a required information. We use it to know to which terminal we have to provide the pickup, to check the arrival time or to verify where to drop you at airport.
Double check that you are providing the right number. Some customers provide the booking reference instead (a 5 or 6 digits’ reference composed by numbers and letters). The flight number can be recognized because it starts with 2 letters (identifying the carrier, BA as British Airways, AF as Air France, FR as Ryanair, U2 as EasyJet, AA American airlines, DL Delta AC Air Canada….) followed by 2-4 numbers identifying the flight.
Your phone number is important. The only way we have to contact you in case of any issue is the phone number indicated in booking form; please check that your number is correct and complete it with your international country code as, in case of contacting you, we will do from Paris. (for example, a mobile UK phone starting with 07 will be 00447, and American mobile starting with 905 will be +1905). If you are note sure about it, please fill in as is and add a note with your country in the additional details of your reservation. Please don’t use your home phone, work fix phone or any other number where we can’t reach you on your arrival or departure. For travel agencies, please fill the guest mobile phone, not yours.

How long from Paris airport to the city centre and/or Disneyland?
From Charles de Gaulle airport to city and from Orly airport to city centre (postcodes starting with 75) is 35-40 minutes approximately. From BVA (Beauvais-Tillé) airport is 1 hour and 15 minutes.
From Charles de Gaulle airport and Orly airport to Disneyland park and hotels is 40-45 minutes; from BVA airport is 1 hour and 25 minutes.
What is the suggested pickup time from city hotels to the airport?
Due to traffic congestion, we suggest to leave the city centre 3 hours before departure time, for CDG and Orly airports, and 3,5 hours before flight departure time for BVA airport.
Can I book a child seat for baby?
Yes, we can provide a maximum of 2 childseats per each vehicle; please fill the age or weight of any child in your reservation form (additional information), in order to provide the right size of seat.
I’m only 1 passenger with a lot of luggage, will I need a minivan or a car?
A simple rule to calculate the type of vehicle needed is to choose the higher value between passengers and suitcases; for example, 3 people with 6 standard suitcases, a 6 seaters minivan is required, because you will not be able to fit 6 suitcases in a standard sedan for 3 people.
Which kind of service I will expect?
You have booked a private service; this means that you will enjoy a dedicated vehicle (private transfer) for the ride between the airport and your hotel or private apartment, with nobody else in the same vehicle and without any intermediate stop on the way. The shared transfer option is not available at any Paris airport at the moment.
How will I recognize my driver?
Your driver will meet you at the arrivals hall, after luggage claim / passports controls; He will hold a sign with your name. Please show him the confirmation voucher received to confirm your identity. It’s not necessary to have a printed copy, you can show the email received directly from your mobile phone.
For departures from city to Paris airport, the driver will meet you at the hotel reception, or, for private addresses, your will find the driver at the address indicated in your reservation form.
