The driver picked me up at the airport and was really friendly. Unfortunately he dropped me off at the wrong hotel. However, once I contacted the company and explained about the misunderstanding they went ahead and reimbursed me for the additional charges I had getting another cab to reach the correct hotel. We booked a van to take 7 people to the airport at 6:30 AM. The driver arrived early and was most helpful loading luggage and drove safely to the airport. I was very happy with the service. The driver was exactly on time, car clean. all good. Only one thing: it would be nice to get a confirmation on the day before the drop-off to the airport to be sure the car will be there. When you make the reservation it is not entirely clear if one should enter the airplane arrival time or the pick-up time (usually it takes half an hour to get the luggage) and there should be an option one got only hand luggage because than it is faster. on my confirmation print out it should the pick-up time at the airport but not to the airport, therefore I was insecure if I would be picked-up. Will book again next time.
